being a kaki bangku and playing futsal

being born a kaki bangku is indeed not something i'm proud off. haha. was just at home chilling, suddenly kawan baik call me, ajak go futsal. i hesitate at first, takut malukan diri.hehe. last-last, i pun reda and setuju go. then 11 of us main futsal at Taman Connaught. one confession here, i have never played futsal in my life. have turned down hundreds of futsal invitations. sebab i takut malukan diri sendiri. :-) but i don't know why, today i just setuju to go and didn't turn down the offer.

was super damn happy, manage to score my first goal on my first time play futsal. really goes down on memory lane. also thanks to my close buddies for sabaring with me on my futsal skills. hehe. i promise that i will try to improve in the near future. and won't turn down any more futsal playing offers. after that lepak-lepak at usual hang out, Q Bistro, kutuking each other game performance. :-)

i learn one thing today, in life we got to try new things, new challenges. never be afraid. this is maybe it is something that we can achieve success in. this doesn't mean i will be a good
player in the near future. at least you tried, play futsal, keluar some peluh, plus dapat amalkan gaya hidup sihat. never be bounded by past failures, be it love life, financial or even academic. if the girl, turned down your love, there is a dozen other girls who will and are waiting for your love and affection. give it to someone who will hargai it and not lukakan your hati.

learn from past failures, strive for future success. that is an universal value. our capabilities are on limited if we limit them. if the Wright brothers didn't work again-again, do you think we would have kapal terbang today.? or if Alexander Graham Bell stopped at just making those paper phones, would we have mobile phones today.? just allow new options, gain new experience. if we fail, take time to ponder, then mula back again. remember Thomas Alva Anderson Edison, the maker of light.? he once said, success comes after 99 failures. strike it on the hundred time. that is simply amazing.

well, i kena tidur now. nanti kena go sungai enjoy berenang with my classmates. looking forward to that. take care. 'wan an', selamat malam, goodnight everyone. :-)

p/s: looking forward to All American Rejects concert this Saturday. :-)

of french fries and 'teh o'

baru took my dinner again. today my beloved housemates didn't masak. so i had to masak for myself to makan. haha . same regular menu, french fries with eggs and 'teh o'. my beloved mom actually hates this dish very much. too much oil, fats and causes colestrol. so if you are reading this mom, don't marah me please. :-).

actually i tersengaja masak this dish when i just moved into my new house here. after frying the frenc fries, i saw an egg there. then i gatal-gatal fried it and campak the fried french fries into it. then kacau-kacau it, eureka, frech fries with eggs. 'teh o' has always been my favourite drink. i hate milk beverages, very rare i take milk since i can't remember when. haha.

today also, had taklimat peperiksaan at my campus there. me and beloved meredah hujan on our way back here. so bersemangat to listen taklimat. haha. then my friend ajak go play futsal later at night. i being born a kaki bangku will sure face problems nanti. haha. but again, why not try something new. plus i have not been amalkan gaya hidup sihat langsung. those close to me can testify why. haha. don't pecah rahsia dear friends.

i stop playing basketball for some time already. i masih ingat those Thursday night from 8pm sampai 11pm at taman midah basketball court. i miss you guys there. god willing, panjang usia, i datang balik main there ya. :-) have we ever wondered why sometimes in life we never get what we want.? no matter how hard is ours. are we suppose to keep on trying or just give up.?

i believe in destiny. everything happens for a reasons some say. so i percaya, if it is meant to happen or be yours, it will happen in it's due time. no need to force and be pushy. well, need to go. want to baca some notes. exam sudah dekat. mula first paper pada 12 november 2009. wish me all the best. gambateh. :-)

p/s: french fries was not a french creation. was a Belgian creation the year 1700s. :-)

why i put song lyrics as my blog post.?

i am posed with this question by many people, why i put song lyrics as my blog post?. haha. let me explain to all why i pilih to put song lyrics as my blog post. all the song lyrics that i post here have a special meaning to me. all the songs are my favorite since i was small. the meaningful lyrics of the tracks have a special meaning to me.

for example, case one, the track 'andai ku tahu' by Ungu, its about asking for extra time to make up for all the mistakes that have been committed in life. we need to make up and mend our errors we have committed before we leave the world.

case two, song, 'yueding' by michael wong, i first knew of this song while i was in form five i think. it was about commitment of love in the lyrics. talking about commitment about puppy love at a young age means the world. at that time. haha

another example , case three, 'amazed' track by the band lonestar. it is about the girl who was very dear to me. she just swap me off my feet, wanting to be with her all the time, thinking of her 24-7, talking to her always. haha :-)

so i hope i have explained myself very clearly and precisely. hehe. have a great day ahead.

p/s: wondering whether my dear friend has taken dinner.?

pavilion and dim sum

pavilion and dim sum.

been ages since i last went to pavilion. even though i always frequent the golden triangle area, namely berjaya times square, sungai wang and plaza low yat. my beloved senior ajak me out for a movie. the best part, he dapat free tickets, thanks to DIGI. actually, all he needs to do is buy one movie ticket, then get one free. haha. the choose movie was surrogates, 12.15am show.

the movie was average for me. prefer him in Die Hard 4. but it was a worth watch. better then jennifer's body movie which was damn teruk. the last movie i watched at pavilion was Hancock, starring Will Smith. history repeats itself again, both movies that i watch here were midnight. coincidence.? haha . i don't know why, but i just love the cinema feeling here comparing to all other cinemas that i have been. can't seem to faham kenapa. is it something wrong with my mind.? hehe.

before masuk panggung wayang, sempat lepak at Starbucks. manage to grab my favorite Java Chip, rindu sangat, sudah lama didn't go here. i think the last time was at Starbucks, was with my dear friend at MidValley. was after the movie Final Destination 4. after movie, beloved senior ajak me or dimsum. apa lagi, perut lapar, meminta untuk diisi. hehe.

we drove all the way to jalan ipoh there for the highly rated dimsum. for information, this shop is opened sampai 5am for makan-makan. haha. the dimsum tasted superbly delicious, thanks to beloved senior who faham that i can't eat pork dim sum, order only seafood dim sum. sayang senior sangat-sangat. hehe . we lepak there, catching up on the latest gossips and nonsense . :-)

soon, on the way back to our house. both of us will be lepak again, thanks to DIGI again, managed to get free tickets to All American Rejects, this sabtu at bukit jalil. haha. MAXIS, when you hendak give me free tickets?. hehe . mata sudah kuyu, plus i need to wash my clothes now. then kena tidur di atas katil kesayangan di sebelah beloved roommate. hehe :-) selamat malam everyone.

p/s: dear friend, how was your exam paper on monday ( 26. 10.2009) .?

hey mama

[Chorus]
(Hey Mama), I wanna scream so loud for you, cuz I'm so proud of you
Let me tell you what I'm about to do, (Hey Mama)
I know I act a fool but, I promise you I'm goin back to school
I appreciate what you allowed for me
I just want you to be proud of me (Hey Mama)

[Verse 1]
I wanna tell the whole world about a friend of mine
This little light of mine and I'm finna let it shine
I'm finna take yall back to them better times
I'm finna talk about my mama if yall don't mind
I was three years old, when you and I moved to the Chi
Late December, harsh winter gave me a cold
You fixed me up something that was good for my soul
Famous homemade chicken soup, can I have another bowl?
You work late nights just to keep on the lights
Mommy got me training wheels so I could keep on my bike
And you would give anything in this world
Michael Jackson leather and a glove, but didn't give me a curl
And you never put no man over me
And I love you for that mommy cant you see?
Seven years old, caught you with tears in your eyes
Cuz a nigga cheatin, telling you lies, then I started to cry
As we knelt on the kitchen floor
I said mommy Imma love you till you don't hurt no more
And when I'm older, you aint gotta work no more
And Imma get you that mansion that we couldn't afford
See you're, unbreakable, unmistakable
Highly capable, lady that's makin loot
A livin legend too, just look at what heaven do
Send us an angel, and I thank you (Hey Mama)

[Chorus]

[Verse 2]
Forrest Gump mama said, life is like a box of chocolates
My mama told me go to school, get your doctorate
Somethin to fall back on, you could profit with
But still supported me when I did the opposite
Now I feel like it's things I gotta get
Things I gotta do, just to prove to you
You was getting through, can the choir please
Give me a verse of “You, Are So Beautiful To Me?
Can't you see, you're like a book of poetry
Maya Angelou, Nicky Giovanni, turn one page and there's my mommy
Come on mommy just dance wit me, let the whole world see your dancing feet
Now when I say Hey, yall say Mama, now everybody answer me (Hey Mama)

[Chorus]

[Bridge]
I guess it also depends tho, if my ends low
Second they get up you gon get that Benzo
Tint the windows, ride around the city and let ya friends know (Hey Mama)

[Verse 3]
Tell your job you gotta fake em out
Since you brought me in this world, let me take you out
To a restaurant, upper echelon
Imma get you a jag, whatever else you want
Just tell me what kind of S-Type Donda West like?
Tell me the perfect color so I make it just right
It don't gotta be Mother's Day, or your birthday
For me to just call and say (Hey Mama)

hey mama-kanye west

be careful how you list names on your cell phone

A lady friend has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her Mobile phone after her handbag was stolen. This is the reason WHY.

Her handbag which contained her mobile, Credit card, purse...etc. ...was STOLEN. 20 minutes later when she called Her Hubby from a pay phone telling him what had happened, Hubby says 'I've just received your text asking about our Pin number and I've replied a little while ago.'

When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money Was already withdrawn. The pickpocket had actually used the stolen hand phone to text 'hubby' in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.

Moral of the lesson:
Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact List. Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, Sweetheart, Dad, Mum etc.......
And very importantly, when sensitive info is being asked through texts (SMS), CONFIRM by calling back.

Also, when you're being texted (SMS) by friends or family to meet them somewhere, Be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you don't reach them, be very careful about going places to meet 'family and friends' who text (SMS) you.

p/s: who ever created cell phones?

KL taxi driver...please read ladies

A friend ask me so share this news out

Please take a few minutes to read this and please pass it on to every female you know and care about.. On Saturday, 4th July 2009 at 6:45pm my sister boarded a taxi at the Wangsa Maju LRT to return home. At the end of the road, the taxi driver stopped to pick up another male passenger who seemed to be going off the same direction.

Well, my sister didn't suspect anything funny as they looked genuine, and he was going her direction and she was in a hurry.. Little did she suspect that she was in for a huge trauma! But when she asked the taxi driver to turn into the junction where she lives, the driver pretended to miss it and the male passenger said that since they were already nearer to his place, why not send him off first and the driver politely asked my sister if that's OK and she thought she was doing a good deed!

As soon as they got to the end of the housing area next to the big walls of the Academy TV3, the male passenger, locked all the doors and leaps to the back and held a knife at her throat and forced her to bend her head down - she had to give up her jewelry, and the $200 cash she had.

Not satisfied with only that much, they threatened for more so they drove off to Maybank Jalan Setapak and took out everything she had that was around 7:30pm ....The driver returned the card after clearing the account! Then they drove off to the back area of Tasik Titiwangsa and dropped her off there. Left her with only $10 and ask her to take another taxi home!

My sister had to walk a long way back to the main road to get help and she is really traumatized by all these. Later at the police station we found out that she was victim #3 that same day! Let's remind everyone we know, as it could easily happen to us too or to anyone we care about.

p/s: I'm always concern for your safety

untukmu ROKOK

Sejak ku mengenali mu buat kali pertama

Layanan mesra mu menawan hatiku
Tidak pernah aku merasa sebegini rupa

Engkau menjadi idola ramai di dunia ini
Boleh dikatakan engkaulah permata yang bersinar
Menyalakan hidup dengan api dan asap mu
Menghilangkan wahai kegelapan

Perkenalan kita melalui teman baikku
Memberi ku peluang untuk mengenali mu dengan lebih intim lagi
Semakin ku mengenali mu lebih dekat
Jalinan mesra semakin terjalin

Segelintir insan bergelar manusia amat membenci mu

Bolehkah gula diharamkan kerana membawa penyakit kencing manis

Dikala bulan menjadi saksi hubungan intim kita,
Hidupkan bertambah mesra dengan kehadiran mu
Tidak ada apa-apa yang akan memisahkan kita
Memelihara hubungan kita yang bagaikan isi dan kuku

p/s: merokok membahayakan kesihatan

andai ku tahu

Andai kutahu
Kapan tiba ajalku
Ku akan memohon
Tuhan tolong panjangkan umurku

Andai kutahu
Kapan tiba masaku
Ku akan memohon
Tuhan jangan Kau ambil nyawaku

Aku takut
Akan semua dosa dosaku
Aku takut
Dosa yang terus membayangiku

Andai kutahu
MalaikatMu kan menjemputku
Izinkan aku
Mengucap kata tobat padaMu

Aku takut
Akan semua dosa dosaku
Aku takut
Dosa yang terus membayangiku

Ampuni aku
Dari segala dosa dosaku
Ampuni aku
Menangisku bertobat padaMu

Aku manusia
Yang takut neraka
Namun aku juga
Tak pantas di surga

Andai kutahu
Kapan tiba ajalku
Izinkan aku
Mengucap kata tobat padaMu

Aku takut
Akan semua dosa dosaku
Aku takut
Dosa yang terus membayangiku

Ampuni aku
Dari segala dosa dosaku
Ampuni aku
Menangisku bertobat padaMu

Haaa... Haaaa... Haaa... Haaaa... [2x]

better man

Send someone to love me
I need to rest in arms
Keep me safe from harm
In pouring rain

Give me endless summer
Lord I fear the cold
Feel I'm getting old
Before my time

As my soul heals the shame
I will grow through this pain
Lord I'm doing all I can
To be a better man

Go easy on my conscience
cause its not my fault
I know Ive been taught
To take the blame

Rest assured my angels
Will catch my tears
Walk me out of here
I'm in pain

As my soul heals the shame
I will grow through this pain
Lord I'm doing all I can
To be a better man

Once you've found that lover
You're homeward bound
Love is all around
Love is all around

I know some have fallen
On stony ground
But love is all around

Send someone to love me
I need to rest in arms
Keep me safe from harm
In pouring rain

Give me endless summer
Lord I fear the cold
Feel I'm getting old
Before my time

As my soul heals the shame
I will grow through this pain
Lord Im doin all I can
To be a better man

amazed

Every time our eyes meet
This feeling inside me
Is almost more than I can take
Baby when you touch me
I can feel how much you love me
And it just blows me away
I've never been this close to anyone or anything
I can hear your thoughts
I can see your dreams

I don't know how you do what you do
I'm so in love with you
It just keeps getting better
I want to spend the rest of my life
With you by my side
Forever and ever
Every little thing that you do
Baby, I'm amazed by you

The smell of your skin
The taste of your kiss
The way you whisper in the dark
Your hair all around me
Baby you surround me
You touch every place in my heart
Oh, it feels like the first time, every time
I want to spend the whole night in your eyes

Chorus

Every little thing that you do
I'm so in love with you
It just keeps getting better
I want to spend the rest of my life
With you by my side
Forever and ever
Every little thing that you do
Baby, I'm amazed by you

TGIF and birthday

just came back from dinner at TGIF one utama there. four of us, housemates went there. there is an unwritten rule among us here.if any one of us gets the highest pointer for last semester exam, that individual must belanja us makan besar before the next semester exam. haha. funny rule right. our finals begin next month. so today was the perfect day to do that belanjaing treat. :-).

dinner was great. food was splendid and super kenyang we were. makan until we could not even order desert. imagine how super kenyang we were. dinner was a time we catch up on the latest gossips. haha. stay in the same house tapi all so sibuk sokmo.:-) today was special also. this was because two weeks ago on a Saturday also, went over to sri hartamas for my dear friend from sabah birthday dinner. two weeks pass by so fast. while in the car back home, pass by the routes that brought many sweet memories on the way back.:-) glad manage to celebrate my dear friend birthday. hope you enjoyed yourself. that was the least i could have planned.

birthday is a day that is very meaningful to everyone. it shows maturity and we become a year wiser. i remember my dear friend told me ten reasons why she didn't like birthday celebration. when came to her birthday, i tried my very best to narrow the reasons and prove her wrong. that indeed birthday celebrations are very nice and meaningful occasions. at least i tried to narrow the list even though i wished i could have proved that all the ten reasons were just her assumptions. most penting, i tried to make my dear friend happy on her birthday. hope she enjoyed and had fun.

talking about birthday celebrations, i remembered my beloved room mate orchestrated my 21st bully night birthday celebration with all my dear maktab friends. will always ingat that day where i was bullied to the maximum. sweet memories last a life time. also not forgetting my dear beloved aunt who belanja me makan besar at souled out sri hartamas. thanks aunt and grandmother for it. will ingat it for life. i percaya that everyone should never celebrate their birthday alone.. its totally unacceptable. i cant accept that unless you have valid reasons to prove me wrong. happy birthday to my dear 'bro in law', see zi xian. may Jesus bless you always. :-)

life is a roller coaster

time really files very fast indeed. already at the end of October and facing November. soon December lurks by, and before we know it, 2010 embraces us. let's take time to count our blessing before the year end.

my beloved dad does this family tradition where he ask my mom, me and little brother to list down all the blessings that we had for the entire year. big or small blessings. after compiling it for one week, then during family prayer time, we have to share our blessings. this culture is indeed very good. it allows us to reflect on what happen through out the entire year. besides thanking the lord for sustaining us through the entire year.

looking back, a lot of things happened for this year. sweet and bad. its easy for us to just thank the lord for the sweet and good things. what about the bad and not nice things that happened? sometimes things happen for a reason. reasons that we can seem to understand. why the lord allows us through it? only he has the answers.

looking back, when we bad through all the bad times in the year, wasn't is the lord's hand in guiding us through? he is always there for us. sometimes we get occupied with too many things, that we leave him aside. and when we need him desperately, he seeks him like to tomorrow. the lord is no Santa Claus giving out our heart desires freely. it has to be according to his will and plan. most important, we always lay our heart desires to the lord. if it is according to his will and plan, it will be done. have faith in the power of prayer.

ponder on this verses:

Ephesians 5:20
Always use the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to thank God the Father for everything

Jeremiah 29:11
I will bless you with a future filled with hope, a future for success, not of suffering.

Matthew 17:20
If you had faith no larger than a mustard seed, you can tell this mountain to move from here to there. and it would. everything would be possible for you.

p/s: life is a roller coaster

everything you want

Somewhere there's speaking
It's already coming in
Oh and it's rising at the back of your mind
You never could get it
Unless you were fed it
Now you're here and you don't know why

But under skinned knees and the skid marks
Past the places where you used to learn
You howl and listen
Listen and wait for the
Echoes of angels who won't return

[Chorus]
He's everything you want
He's everything you need
He's everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
He says all the right things
At exactly the right time
But he means nothing to you
And you don't know why

You're waiting for someone
To put you together
You're waiting for someone to push you away
There's always another wound to discover
There's always something more you wish he'd say

[Chorus]

But you'll just sit tight
And watch it unwind
It's only what you're asking for
And you'll be just fine
With all of your time
It's only what you're waiting for

Out of the island
Into the highway
Past the places where you might have turned
You never did notice
But you still hide away
The anger of angels who won't return

[Chorus]
I am everything you want
I am everything you need
I am everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
I say all the right things
At exactly the right time
But I mean nothing to you and I don't know why
And I don't know why
Why
I don't know

track by vertical horizon- everything you want

p/s: i may not be everything to you, but you mean mean everything to me

awake at 3am in the morning

just came back from cybercafe with beloved housemate. both of us have started to become FIFA09 addicts.haha. simple maths calculated shows we spend rm8 one day there. calculate by one week rm56. calculate by four weeks, rm224. haha. if we just but one graphics card for the computer, then add one joystick and keyboard, save lots of money in long term. have to seriously consider this proposal. haha :-)

enrique iglesias is one performer i have admired since high school not just because of his good looks, dates the hottest babes but mainly because his songs are very the meaningful . the lyrics especially. was listening to this track, 'somebody's me' from the album insomniac. i think i repeated listened it over 50 times already. haha. maybe sebab i can relate to the lyrics.

someone who stays in our heart will always stay there. can we send a eviction order to chase that someone out.? or maybe a court or restraining order? we can never do all of that. why so.? maybe because we become to close to that person? is it because we allowed the person to come into our heart in the first place? sounds like a one way ticket, come in my heart, but you cant leave my heart. haha.

well, life is not always what we want it to turn out. be plan something, we get another thing. most penting, always cherish each moment we have. sometimes second chances don't come around twice. think before we make a action that can have a future effect in the near future.

p/s: wishes my dear friend all the best for revision for this coming Monday's exam paper.

somebody's me

You, do you remember me?
Like I remember you?
Do you spend your life
Going back in your mind to that time?
Because I, I walk the streets alone
I hate being on my own
And everyone can see that I refell
And I'm going through hell
Thinking about you with somebody else

[CHORUS]
Somebody wants you
Somebody needs you
Somebody dreams about you every single night
Somebody can't breath without you, it's lonely
Somebody hopes that someday you will see
That Somebody's Me [2x]

How, How could we go wrong
It was so good and now it's gone
And I pray at night that our paths soon will cross
And what we had isn't lost
Cause you're always right here in my thoughts

[Chorus]
Somebody wants you
Somebody needs you
Somebody dreams about you every single night
Somebody can't breath without you, it's lonely
Somebody hopes that someday you will see
That Somebody's Me [2x]

You'll always be in my life
Even if I'm not in your life
Because you're in my memory
You, will you remember me
And before you set me free
Oh listen please

[Chorus]
Somebody wants you
Somebody needs you
Somebody dreams about you every single night
Somebody can't breath without you, it's lonely
Somebody hopes that someday you will see
That Somebody's Me [5x]

enrique iglesias- somebody's me

My WiSh for YOU

I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow
And each road leads you where you want to go
And if you're faced with the choice and you have to choose
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you

And if one door opens to another door closed
I hope you keep on walkin' ?til you find the window
If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile
But more than anything, more than anything

My wish for you
Is that this life becomes all that you want it to
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small
You never need to carry more than you can hold

And while you're out there gettin' where you're gettin' to
I hope you know somebody loves you
And wants the same things too
Yeah, this is my wish

I hope you never look back but you never forget
All the ones who love you and the place you left
I hope you always forgive and you never regret
And you help somebody every chance you get

Oh, you'd find God's grace in every mistake
And always give more than you take
But more than anything, yeah more than anything

My wish for you
Is that this life becomes all that you want it to
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small
You never need to carry more than you can hold

And while you're out there gettin' where you're gettin' to
I hope you know somebody loves you
And wants the same things too
Yeah, this is my wish, yeah yeah

My wish for you
Is that this life becomes all that you want it to
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small
You never need to carry more than you can hold

And while you're out there gettin' where you're gettin' to
I hope you know somebody loves you
And wants the same things too
Yeah, this is my wish

can i turn back time.?

have we ever wished that we can turn back the clock.? i certainly have. it makes us feel that we can undo all the things we wished we never had did. but what we never asked ourselves, why did we do that things at that time.? didn't we think of the consequences of our actions in the near future.? sometimes we never take time to sit down and think what we are doing now on how it will effect us in the near future.? maybe after 1 month, one year, ten year .?

i wished i can just turn back time like the doraemon cartoon series. if only life can be like that. but i learn some things. we must always learn from our mistakes. promise ourselves that we will not repeat them in the near future. and most penting, always take time to sit back and think wisely before making a keputusan that can effect us in the future.

also, we must forgive ourselves and move on. yes, move on. sometimes move on is the hardest part. pulled back by our regrets on our actions is very hard load to bear. but we must discipline out hearts and mind that we can move on . no one will help us move on unless we help out our own selves to move on.

boy signs for girls

When a guy calls you,
he wants to be with you

When a guy is quiet,
He's listening to you...

When a guy is not arguing,
He realizes he's wrong

When a guy says, "I'm fine" after a few
minutes
he means it

When a guy stares at you,
he wishes you would care about him and
wonders if you do

When your laying your head on a guy's
chest,
he has the world

When a guy calls/texts/comments/messages you everyday,
he is in love

When a (good) guy tells you he loves you,
he means it

When a guy says he can't live without you,
he's with you till your done

When a guy says, "I miss you,"
he misses you more than you could have
ever missed him or anything else

girl signs for boys

when a girl is mean to you after a break-up
she wants you back but she is too
scared she'll get hurt and knows
you're gone forever!

when you catch a girl glancing at you,
she wants you to look back
and smile

When a girl bumps into your arm,
while walking with you
she wants
you to hold her hand

When she wants a hug
she will just stand there

When u break a girls heart
she still feels it when
you run into each other 3 years later

When a girl is quiet,
millions of things are running through her
mind..

When a girl is not arguing,
she is thinking deeply,,

When a girl looks at you with eyes full of
questions,
she is wondering how long you will be
around

When a girl answers, "I'm fine," after a
few seconds,
SHE IS NOT FINE AT ALL

When a girl stares at you,
she is wondering why you are playing games

When a girl lays her head on your chest,

Staying Conscious

Staying Grounded in a Big City or Busy World

1. Live simply and live deliberately. By choosing not to get caught up in the details of this fast-paced world, you are doing your part to slow down the . You will also discover that you have more time to enjoy being alive.

2. Stay in touch with yourself. Soul searching, meditation, and journaling are just a few of the many activities you can take part in to stay aware and learn as much as you can about your emotions, reactions, likes, dislikes, dreams, and fears. Having a solid sense of self gives you a firm foundation for living in this world.

3. Support or teach others as often as you can. This can help you form connections with people while also giving you an opportunity to make the world a better place.

4. Consciously choose what you will allow into your being. The media bombards us with visions of hate, war, and pain. Be judicious about what you read, watch, and listen to.

5. Acknowledge the beauty that resides around you. Whether you live in a sprawling metropolis or a stereotypical suburb, there are natural and man-made wonders just waiting to be discovered by you.

6. Nurture your ties to your tribe. If you don’t have one, create a community that you can belong to. Modern life can be isolating. When you have a tribe, you have a circle that you are a part of. Its members – loved ones, friends, or neighbors - can be a source of support, caring, guidance, and companionship.

7. See the larger picture. Remember that the way that you choose to live is not the only way to live. Widen your perspective by exploring other modes of being through research, travel, and discussion.

8. Embrace the challenges that life presents to you, and challenge yourself often. After a time, even the most exciting jobs or lifestyles can seem routine. Never stop assimilating new knowledge about whatever you are doing, and your life will never seem dull.

9. Move your body. In this busy world, it can be easy to live a sedentary life. Movement reacquaints us with our bodies and connects us to the earth in a visceral way. It also restores our vitality.

10. Make time for stillness, silence, and solitude. The world can be noisy, and we are subject to all kinds of noises nearly every waking hour. We are also often "on the go" and unable to relax. Being alone in a peaceful place and making time for quiet can help you stay in touch with yourself.

GLOBALIZATION

Question : What is the truest definition of Globalization ?

Answer : Princess Diana's death .

Question : How come ?

Answer :An English princess with an

Egyptian boyfriend crashes in a

French tunnel, driving a

German car with a

Dutch engine, driven by a

Belgian who was drunk on

Scottish whiskey: followed closely by

Italian Paparazzi's in

Japanese motorcycles; treated by an

American doctor, using

Brazilian medicines.

And moreover this is sent to you by a

Indian,

using
American

(Bill Gates's) technology, and you're probably reading this on your computer, that use

Taiwanese chips, and a

Korean monitor, assembled by

Bangladeshi workers in a

Singapore plant, transported by

Pakistan lorry-drivers, hijacked by

Indonesians, unloaded by

Sicilian longshoremen, and trucked to you by

Mexican illegals..... That, my friend, is

'' Globalization ''

Ladies, be careful please.

This happened in a remote part of KL. It happened to
a lady. She left the office after working hours and saw a little child
crying on the road. Feeling pity for the child, she went to ask what had
happened.

The child said, 'I am lost. Can you take me home
please?' Then the child gave her a slip of paper and told the lady where the address was. Being
an average but kind person, she didn't suspect anything and took the child
there. And there when they arrived at the 'child's home', the kind hearted
lady pressed the door bell. She was electrocuted
since the bell was wired with high voltage. She fainted.

The next day when she woke up, she found herself in an
empty house up in the hills, naked. Condoms were all thrown around
with semen flowing. There were at least about 20 used condoms!

She had not even seen her assailant(s). That's why nowadays crimes are
targeted on gentle or generous or kind people. If the same
situation occurs, never bring the child to the intended place. If the
child insists, then bring that child to any police station. Lost children are
best to sent to police stations.

Please share this to all your female
friends/colleagues, and
your friends
with girlfriends and friends with wives.

Coke+Ajinomoto Can be Used To Rape Ladies

DO YOU KNOW ? Coke+Ajinomoto Can be Used To Rape Ladies

Dear friends,

I received a news about the recent tactic used to spike
girls' drink.
It is a cheap and widely used method.
This method was used in Canny Ong murder.
Rapist uses this method.

Coca-cola+ajinomoto/mono sodium glutamate = a medicine
which will cause drowsiness and excitement in the victim.
This mixture is poisonous if used too often on the victim.
Please send this to all your female friends, sisters, & your loved ones and
ask them to beware.

DO NOT accept coca-cola or any other drinks from stranger / even
if it is your friend that you are not very close with.

p/s: what is happening to the world today?

Oil is no gift for Africa's poor

Nigeria and Angola are Africa's top two oil producers, yet most of their people live in wretched poverty, often in shanties dwarfed by fire-belching derricks.

Corruption has long kept oil revenues from making life better for ordinary people in the two countries, and the growing anger, which swells the ranks of militant groups, creates instability that threatens the world's fuel supply. This week it is drawing the attention of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton as she travels across the continent.

Her visits to Angola and Nigeria underscore the increasing importance the U.S. attaches to African oil as it seeks to reduce its need for Mideast oil. Clinton on Monday was wrapping up a two-day visit to Angola _ which supplies vast amounts of petroleum and liquid natural gas to the U.S. market _ and plans to go to Nigeria later this week on her seven-nation tour.

Clinton stressed the need for greater accountability and transparency, and urged the government of President Jose Eduardo dos Santos, in power in the former Portuguese colony since 1979, to adopt a new constitution, investigate and prosecute human rights abuses, and hold promised presidential elections.

Dos Santos "was very positive in his reaction to the points we were making," she told reporters traveling with her.

In 2008, the U.S. imported 1.05 million barrels of oil a day from Nigeria _ almost as much as it bought from Saudi Arabia, making the West African country its fifth biggest oil source. Angola to the south, was sixth at 468,000 barrels. For the month of June, Angola edged out Nigeria to become Africa's biggest producer. Nigeria's production has been slowed as militants attack its energy infrastructure.

Big oil revenues are a curse instead of a blessing to ordinary Nigerians and Angolans. Analysts note that petrodollars allow their leaders to ignore foreign critics, unlike other states on Clinton's itinerary that rely on foreign tourism, aid or peacekeepers.

The two nations are nominally democratic, but politicians feel little need to court voters.

Nigeria has a history of coups and the last elections here were marred by voting irregularities and police firing tear gas at lines of voters. In Angola's last parliamentary election, money, alcohol and even cars were dished out and many polling stations didn't open for lack of materials, international observers found. Angola was in civil war from the 1970s to 2002. It has not held presidential elections since the war ended.

Just last week, Global Witness, a London-based watchdog group, reported that several shareholders of a private firm authorized by Angola's state oil company to bid for lucrative contracts have the same names as top current and former Angolan officials, including the state oil company chairman. The officials have not responded to repeated requests from Global Witness and reporters for a response.

"Despite the widespread perception that government corruption at all levels was endemic, there were no public investigations or prosecutions of government officials during the year," said a report this year by the U.S. State Department.

More than two-thirds of 12 million Angolans and more than four-fifths of 150 million Nigerians live on less than $2 a day. Many feel neglected by their leaders.

"They don't care about the small man. Not at all," said Sam Olufemi, selling phone cards amid one of Lagos' perennial traffic jams. "It's pay-as-you-go politics."

Angola has suffered unrest in Cabinda, the main oil-producing region. Human rights groups have accused the military of atrocities and claim government officials have embezzled millions of dollars in oil revenue. The government has denied the charges.

Thousands have been killed over the years in Nigeria's oil-rich Delta, where the military battles criminal gangs by firing into slums from helicopter gunships and militant groups bomb pipelines and kidnap foreigners.

Diarmid O'Sullivan of Global Witness said one way the U.S. Congress could help is by passing the Extractive Industries Transparency Disclosure Act, which would require oil, gas, and mining companies listed on U.S. exchanges to publicly disclose their payments to the governments of countries whose riches they extract.

The bill was introduced in Congress last year but didn't pass. Campaigners are hoping it will be reintroduced this year.
