I've learned in life...
People will forget what you said,
people will forget what you did.
But people will never forget,
how you made them feel.
I’ve learned…
that family and friends are what make
us who we are today, and without them
we would never be complete.
I've learned,
when it comes to money and sex
everyone will screw you over.
I’ve learned…
that it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by
others, Sometimes you have to learn to forgive
yourself.
I’ve learned…
that our background and circumstances may
have influenced who we are, but we are
responsible for who we become.
I’ve learned…
that true friendship continues to grow,
even over the longest distance.
I’ve learned…
that just because someone doesn’t love you
the way you want them to doesn’t mean they
don’t love you with all they have.
p/s: I am learning to realize that it's alright to make mistakes in life
don't.......( in life )
we are different that each of us is special.
Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know
what is best for you.
Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as
they would your life, for without them, life is meaningless.
Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for
the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of
your
life.
Don't give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over
until the moment you stop trying.
Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile
thread that binds us each together.
Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn
how to be brave.
Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find. The
quickest way to receive love is to give.
The fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly. And the best way to
keep love is to give it wings.
Don't dismiss your dreams. To be without dream is to be without hope. To
be without hope is to be without purpose.
Don't run through life so fast that you forget. Not only where you've been,
but also where you are going.
Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.
Yesterday is History.
Tomorrow is a Mystery.
And Today is a gift that's why we call it The Present.
p/s: "I tell you, do not worry. Don't worry about your life and what you will eat or drink. And don't worry about your body and what you will wear. Isn't there more to life than eating? Aren't there more important things for the body than clothes?....taken from Matthew 6:25
how to get through in life
Get angry once in a while....
Forget about diets...
Get serious once in a while...
Do whatever you want...
Play with simple things...
Read books that you enjoy...
Sleep as much as you can ....
p/s: Albert Einstein once said, "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle".

P I S S E D
I'm pissed the way Rafael Da Silva played today. you already know that Wayne Rooney is not fully fit. your job is to assist the team and take away the pressure off him to get the goal. but you sibuk pula to tackle like a possessed swine. first yellow card boleh dipertikaikan, i admit, but second yellow card was totally your mistake. if you didn't get booked the for the fist card. you could have been red carded straight for the second stupid tackle.
Rafael Da Silva, you are young, learn from your seniors in the team. how they handle big game pressure, rising to the occasion, sharing the team play burden and not think for your own self. one player doesn't make a team, eleven players do. that's why is called TEAM !!!. not individual play, if you fancy individual sports, try tennis or badminton, vent your anger there !!!
for MANCHESTER UNITED, now you are left with one piala to rebut for. dear Alex Ferguson, your two decades over at there has left the world amazed at your managerial skills, on how you have handle this great team all this while. your wisdom is required to plan a strategy to win this only last remaining trophy. please, don't hesitate to drop Rafael Da Silva if perlu, work on his youth and temper issues like how you handle all your previous players.
p/s: mengharap M U menang piala EPL season ini

brain damaging habits
1. No breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing
malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air
decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain
efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the
death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and
decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of
the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may
cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and science shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Eggplant, Avocados and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm as well to overcom e male sterility.

a mystery....coinsidence perhaps
History Mystery
Have a history teacher explain this, if they can.
Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.
John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.
Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.
John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.
Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.
Both wives lost their children while living in the White House.
Both Presidents were shot on a Friday.
Both Presidents were shot in the head
Now it gets really weird.
Lincoln 's secretary was named Kennedy.
Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln .
Both were assassinated by Southerners.
Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.
Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808.
Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.
John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839.
Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born
in 1939.
Both assassins were known by their three names.
Both names are composed of fifteen letters.
Now hang on to your seat.
Lincoln was shot at the theater named 'Ford'.
Kennedy was shot in a car called ' Lincoln ' made by 'Ford'.
Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse.
Kennedy was shot from a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.
Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.
And here's the kicker...
A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe , Maryland
A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe.
